Makes MySQL a first-class data source for the agent: configure multiple connections in settings (with table allowlists and a write-permission switch), switch the active connection from the composer, and expose mysql_query / mysql_tables / mysql_execute tools to every preset.

The allowlist plus write-switch design keeps "let the agent query the database" controlled and auditable.
