Turns the DSH Web UI into a VSCode-style workbench shell: activity bar, side bar, editor area, panel, and status bar, with a ctx.workbench registry service for other plugins to mount panels, views, and commands.

Sibling plugins such as dock-editor, dock-files, dock-git, dock-images, and dock-markdown build on this registry and can be installed a la carte to compose your own IDE.
