How do I start the Web UI?

One command: npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web. It prints the address — by default http://127.0.0.1:3080. See the quick start for more.

How do I build from source?

How do I configure a model?

Open Settings → Models in the Web UI, enter your DeepSeek API key and save. Model routing works immediately — no restart needed. See using the Web UI.

How many run modes are there?

Four: Standard, PTC (programmatic tool calling), Minimal (just a shell and a file-editing tool), and Creative (try plugins in memory and author new modes). See architecture.

What capabilities are plugin-based?
